OWNER/FOUNDER of a dating coaching company is looking for a client coordinator! The right candidate must be EXTREMELY organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient.

This role requires effective problem solving, multi-tasking abilities, needs to be a self-starter, creative conflict resolution as well as the ability to work individually and as a team. We are looking for someone who is ready to take on any task that is given to them. Must be comfortable using a computer and being on-call for CEO and client needs.

The Client Coordinator is responsible for managing dating coaches/ and clients/ schedules based on the variety of availability given. The Client Coordinator will be working with team members and clients located in various locations worldwide.

This position will work closely with our CEO. Specifically, the Client Coordinator will be responsible for keeping track of the amount of sessions the client completed. The CEO has three different programs available to the clients so it is the Client Coordinator's responsibility to recognize the offers for each. Coordinator also establishes and maintains an upbeat and professional relationship with the clients, and coordinates with the team to assign a team member to each client's session.

The ideal candidate should be independent and have the ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance. This is an on-call position so the ideal candidate has the flexibility to be available to the CEO and self-discipline. Prior experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the CEO’s schedule
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines everyday
  • Personal errands
  • Screen/Direct phone calls as needed
  • Taking care of CEO's personal projects
  • Preparing communications and scheduling CEO with needed contractors
  • Monitoring and reporting CEO's email and responding if required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Google Calendar, Zoom meetings, Slack communications
  • Reliability, Trustworthy
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously
  • Listening Skills
  • Time Management Skills
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Self-motivated professional with good communication and interpersonal skills
