Super Color Digital was founded in 1981. We are a grand format commercial printer, fabricator & UL listed signage company. We are one of the largest grand format printers in the country with locations in Irvine, CA & Las Vegas, NV. We are true partners to our clients, not just “another vendor.” We are open 24/7 to service our client partner needs. We are seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record of selling commercial printing and/or signage products. Individual must have the ability to provide visual solutions to our customers and prospects through a consultative/value-based approach. The ability to maintain and grow their customer base and increase revenue by qualifying customer needs and recommending solutions.

Position Summary:
  • Prospecting, establishing, and maintaining value-based relationships with customer
  • Proactively identify new customers and new project opportunities
  • Act as a liaison between customer and organization to communicate job specifications and ensure product quality
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers’ business and requirements
  • Manage customer projects and delivery expectations
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to answer questions and guide customers through product choices and options.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Education and Experience
  • Minimum 3 Years’ experience in Large Format Graphics or Signage Field
  • Current book of business preferred but not mandatory for the right individual
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity
  • Ability to sell digital print & signage products
  • Entrepreneurial, energetic, and self-driven with the ability to meet sales goals
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow through
  • Ability to work with CRM daily
