Role: Service Desk Analyst

Working hours: PST, remote
This client is a company that specializes in the sale of vehicles and vehicle parts. As a subsidiary of a well-known brand, they has established a strong reputation for securely facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers. We're looking for a person that would be supporting the onboarding of new buyers, as well as providing real time pricing and part availability across parts vendors. A "win" is getting someone/company to sign up to the platform.
Need to be available Pacific time, can be remote.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate transactions (getting small mom and pop shops to sign up, free)
- Like to reach out to 10,000 shops in North America
- Discuss potential for boots on the ground, to approach shops/stores in person
- Targeting +10k companies, our client has identified the target list
- Not a high pressure sales process
- Work through a script provided by our client to facilitate the sign up (go to this website, put in your email address, etc.)
- Provide real time pricing and parts availability, but across multiple parts vendors (Automotive B2B)
Mandatory Skills Description:
- 1-2 years working experience with prospective customers in technical sales capacity.
- Significant experience in giving demos/presentation.
- Significant experience working in sales/presales/customer support activities with US client facing roles.
- Significant experience MS Word. MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Should have very strong English (US) and social skills.
- Should be a good team player with good communications skills.
