Summary:
The Materials Management Clerk / Distribution Tech uses IMMS computer based inventory system to input receipts and issues. The Materials Management Clerk / Distribution Tech receives items from vendors/suppliers, compares packing slips against purchase order to verify shipment of accuracy and completeness. The Materials Management Clerk / Distribution Tech inspects and documents shipping damage/defects and delivers item to designated department. Processes requests for in-stock supplies.
Required Training/Education/Experience/Certification:
One year previous warehousing experience.
Previous experience in materials/warehousing.
Knowledge of basic computer/typing skills necessary (IMMS perpetual inventory is on-the-job training), be able to follow instructions, work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment.
Must be organized and neat.
Able to lift and carry occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Pay Range: $20.15 - $21.60
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience
