We are a home health agency in Covina, CA. As a Home Care Field Marketer, you will be responsible for building relationships, receiving referrals, and promoting our home health care agency with Hospitals, Nursing Home community organizations, health insurance plans providers and physician practices throughout the Los Angeles, San Bernadino and/or Orange County areas.
Job Requirements:
- Identify patients that are eligible for the home care services we can provide
- Visit with physicians, discharge planners, and other health care providers regarding services, contracts, and communication with our program.
- Develop and build professional relationships with potential referral sources
- Close sales with families and maintain ongoing follow up relationships with families and referral sources
- Developing and executing a marketing plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets
- Function independently with solid work ethics, excellent communication skills, punctuality, dedication, and detail-oriented.
- Discern cultural differences and needs
Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Healthcare/Home Care Marketer
- Must be well organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Be able to multi-task
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards clients, visitors, families, and co-workers

RESPONSIBLITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Analysis of past and current marketing data.
- Analyzes the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
- Identifies available market share.
- Makes cold calls to all potential healthcare settings that could use our services.
- Senior centers and others.
- Analyzes patient/company relationships.
- Analyzes advertising and sales promotion needs.
- Develops a marketing plan, identifying priorities and a reasonable timetable.
- Implements marketing plan staying within the established timetable.
- Reviews and evaluates the analyses and plan on an established basis.
